Daisy Bank Park Launch Event

24 June ‘26

Britannia Group held a launch event for Daisy Bank Park on Wednesday 24th June.

We were delighted to welcome Manchester’s Lord Mayor to cut a ribbon to officially open the project alongside Cllr Gavin White, Lead for Housing & Regeneration.

Other notable attendees were the Rusholme ward Councillors Jill Lovecy, Ahmed Ali & Shams Syed and former Councillors Rabnawaz Akbar & Luthfur Rahman.

We sincerely thank all of our guests for attending.

The development is 90% sold with only a few plots remaining.

An exciting residential development within a sought-after Manchester location.

Daisy Bank comprises 72 homes with an estimated GDV of £20m.

Designed by renowned architects Ollier Smurthwaite each home has been considerately crafted to provide exceptional living spaces.

The development centrepiece is a stunning 3.5 storey apartment block comprising 41 well-appointed apartments, which sits alongside 31 townhouses, spaciously distributed across 7 blocks.

The homes suit a wide variety of occupiers and the location, with close proximity to the city centre, Manchester Royal Infimary (MRI) and Manchester University makes it a highly desirable place to live.

We are very excited by our project to transform the site, especially bringing a large building back to this corner of Victoria Park, creating much-needed new family homes for the area.
